India stuffed eggs recipe
Ingredients
- 10 large eggs, hard boiled
1 cup egg substitute
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1Tomatoes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 Cups carrot, beans

- Boiled Eggs - 5
- Pepper powder ~ ¼ tsp(optional)

- Onion finely Chopped - 2
- Ginger, Garlic finely chopped or crushed in a mortar ~ 2 tsp

Making
- First boil the eggs, peel off the outer skin and cut to half.
- Leave the pastry sheets in room temperature for 45 minutes and after that roll to reduce the thickness to half. Cut the pastry sheets in rectangle form and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot, add onions, salt, green chillies, ginger garlic paste,pepper,turmeric and fry till raw smell is gone.
- Then add garam masala and boiled eggs. Coat the eggs with this masala properly at all sides. Remove from the gas and let it cool down.
- Put these coated half eggs in the centre of rectangle puffs pastry sheets. Put one half egg in one sheet. Apply little water by your fingers on the ends of the pastry sheets and close the sheets opposite ends on top of eggs.
- Put these puffs in the oven tray and bake them in 450deg F for about 10 to 12 minutes. Take out and serve with Ketchup or Chilli Sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp – cumin seeds
- 2 onions – diced small
- 4 green chillies (medium size) roughly chopped
- 1 tsp salt ( or to taste)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Tomata sauce
- 1 Tbs oil
Making
- Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Heat oil in frying pan. Season with cumin seeds.
- When the seeds start to splutter, add the onions and saute for 3-4 minutes on a high flame.
- Once the onions start turning dark brown, add green chillies, salt and mix well.
- Cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till the tomato slices become tender.
- Sprinkle masala,turmeric ,red chilli powder, tomato sauce,cumin powder , coriander powder and mix well. Add the whisked eggs and mix well till they scramble completely.
- Cook for another 2 minutes on a high flame.

- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped.
- Prepare all the ingredients and ensure its ready to add.
- Heat the wok, add oil
- Once the oil is hot, add onion & garlic , stir on high heat for 30 seconds
- Add rest of the chopped vegetables , add salt, stir for another minute
- Add vinegar and all in one sauce
- Add cooked rice
- Mix everything well
- Turn heat to medium , add whisked egg , mix everything well , ensure egg gets spread evenly and cover rice.

- For each egg roll wrapper, heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan over med-high heat.
- Place an egg roll wrapper in the pan and let it brown lightly.
- Flip and brown lightly on the other side
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Lightly beat the eggs and mix in the ,onion,chill and spices.
- For each egg roll wrapper, pour about 1/3 cup of egg mixture into the frying pan.
- When the egg mixture starts to cook, place a wrapper on top of it.
- When the egg is nearly cooked, flip the wrapper/egg over and cook for a few seconds.
- Repeat a couple of times.
- Remove the wrapper/egg and roll it up with the wrapper on the outside of the roll.

- Then add chopped tomatoes in that along with red chilli powder, mix, cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add ground masala paste, mix well, also add brown sugar and salt to taste.
- Add water to adjust consistency.
- Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.
- Add boiled egg in to masala, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or roti!

Indian Egg Pulusu Recipe
Indian Egg recipes are a real stand by when you do not have much time and patience to cook. Eggs can be used to prepare a variety of dishes which i already posted like egg bhurji, hot and spicy egg curry, egg masala, egg biryani, egg fried rice, and egg fried noodles and even an Egg Pulusu.Ingredients
- 5 Boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 5 Green chillies whole with a small slit
- 3 Tsp. tamarind paste in 2 cups water
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Small tomato finely chopped
- 5 Garlic whole
- One pinch Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Making
2)Soak the tamarind in hot water for about ten minutes and extract pulp into a cup.
3)Add oil to a pan and heat. Splutter the mustard seeds. Add onion pieces and fry till deep brown. Add the tomato pieces and simmer till tomato pieces become smooth. Add the coconut pieces and fry further.
4)Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, split green chillies and salt. Mix well and fry till oil shows up.
5)Add the boiled eggs and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery.
6)Add one cup of water, mix well and simmer on medium heat till all the ingredients are done well.
7)Finely chop the coriander leaves and sprinkle on the soup
8)Serve hot.
INDIAN EGG PAKORA RECIPES
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs .. hard-boiled (cut into halves lenghtwise)
- 1 Egg .. raw(whisked)
- 3/4 cup .. Besan(gramflour)
- 1/2 cup .. water.
- 1/2 tsp .. Ginger paste
- 1/2 .. Chilli powder
- 1 tsp .. Hari mirch(green chillis), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp .. coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Making
- Take Besan in a big bowl and mix with water.
- Make a thick batter and keep aside for an hour.
- After half an hour take besan batter and add eggs, onion, chilli & salt to taste.
- Mix the ingredients properly and make thick batter.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Then take spoonful amount of batter and deep fry in heated oil.
- Fry all the pakoras & keep them in a paper napkin to soak excess oil.
- Serve hot.

- Chilly powder 1 tea spoon or as desired
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Coconut grated 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves chopped
- Cashew nuts 5
- Oil-3 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Making
1.. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Saute the ginger, garlic, small onions, cloves, coriander seeds, green chillies, pepper ,garam masala powder, and coconut for a minute.
3. Remove and grind together to a fine paste.
4. Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
5. Fry the mustard seeds and urad dal for 30 seconds.
6. Saute the onions, tomatoes and curry leaves for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Add the turmeric powder and salt.
8. Mix well.
9. Pour 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
10. When it starts to thicken, add the eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Ingredients

- Tomato – 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
Making
1.Heat 2 tsps oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, add the boiled eggs and saute of low to medium flame for 2-3 mts. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and combine. Remove and keep aside.
2 In the same pan, add the remaining oil and add the cloves and few secs till the mustard splutters. Add chopped onions and saute till onions turn transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 mts.
3 Add chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and combine. Add the tomato puree and cook for 3-4 mts.
4. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
5 Add the boiled eggs and let it cook in this masala for 7-8 mts on medium flame. Reduce flame and cook till you get the desired curry consistency.
6 Add garam masala pwd and combine. Turn off heat and serve hot with white rice.

- Onion - 1 no's chopped
- Tomato - 1 no's chopped
- Green Chilli - 2 no's chopped
- Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Making:
- Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat lightly with a fork
- Add all other ingredients and beat again
- Heat the oil in a small pan ,Pour half the egg mixture in the pan
- Gently flip the omelette over and cook for another minute
- Add more pepper powder on top if you prefer

INDIAN EGG BIRYANI RECIPE
Egg Biryani is perfect for a lazy day or when some unexpected guest drops in. It is not a long process and has less ingredients and can be prepared in no time
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice –1 1/2 cup
Water-21/2 cupsGinger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 10 cloves
Tomatoes – 2
Onions – 3
Green Chillies – 2
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Cloves-1 tsp
Eggs – 7 to 8
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Mint Leaves – 1 cup, chopped
Biryani Masala - a pinch
Pepper powder - a pinch
Salt as per taste
Making:
1. Cook the rice 80% with the required water,salt and ghee.Once cooked fluff the rice and set aside.The above measurement is given to cook rice in pressure cooker.
2. Boil and peel the eggs, slit them without cutting to edge and set aside.
3. Heat little oil/ghee in wok and fry the thinly sliced onions till turns golden brown. Drain and set aside.Then add oil in a wok. Add the spices to it and fry for few seconds.
4. Then add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns translucent. Add spice powders and mix well for a minute till raw smell goes.
5. Add tomato and cook till it is soft and mushy. Add Cinnamon,Cloves,Mint Leaves and cook covered till it is soft.
6. Cook on low heat. Add a few tbsp of water if really needed.Add salt and mix well.
7. Now add the eggs and give it a good mix along with a tbsp of coriander leaves.Turn off the heat.
