Indian Egg Fried Rice

 
Egg Fried Rice is very nutritious and every body can eat it from small children to adult. This we can prepare, when we do not spend more time for cooking. Especially it is suitable for the working people and the bachelors too.Lets see how to prepare this Simple Egg Fried Rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups basmati rice, well cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 small onions (finely chopped)
  • 1-1/2 cups mixed vegetables (I have taken green peas, french beans, cauliflower and chopped carrot)
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • A pinch of white pepper powder
  • 4 garlic flakes
  • 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  Making
  1. Prepare all the ingredients and ensure its ready to add.
  2. Heat the wok, add oil
  3. Once the oil is hot, add onion & garlic , stir on high heat for 30 seconds
  4. Add rest of the chopped vegetables , add salt, stir for another minute
  5. Add vinegar and all in one sauce
  6. Add cooked rice
  7. Mix everything well
  8. Turn heat to  medium , add whisked egg , mix everything well , ensure egg gets spread evenly and cover rice.
  9. Turn off heat , add bit of cracked pepper and serve.
