Masala Dosa Recipe

Masala dosa is one of the favourite variety of dosa commonly taken as breakfast in south India.It is a easy to make recipe by filling potato mixture inside dosa.
Ingredients
  1. Potatoes-3-4ns
  2. Onion chopped- 1ns
  3. Green chilly,chopped-2ns
  4. Chopped Ginger-1/4ns
  5. Turmeric powder-1tspn
  6. Salt-as required
  7. Oil
  8. Mustard-1tspn
  9. Curry leaves-1 branch
Making:

  • Pressure cook the washed potatoes for 2-3 whistles. Peel of the skin and smash the potato using a spoon.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the Mustard seeds and curry leaves
  • Now add chopped onion,Chopped green chilly,ginger,salt and turmeric powder,fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add Smashed potatoes to it and fry for another 2 minutes,add little water if needed and place aside.
  • Now take dosa batter and spread it on a hot pan in a very thin round shape. Drizzle some oil and when one side is cooked,put a scoop of potato mixture on it .
  • Fold the dosa to half and serve hot with chutney.
