Avoid Environment Damage
It is important to protect the hair from sun damage and pollution, and this can be done by covering your hair with a hat or scarf while you are outdoors.Avoid stress
“It’s tearing your hair out.” – The rumor that one’s hair falls out from stress is true, so stay casual and cool and try to avoid stress!
Keep Your Hair & Scalp Clean
A healthy, clean environment is needed for hair to flourish. Buildup on the scalp can virtually stunt growth simply because of dirty, clogged pores/follicles. Washing routines and frequency will differ from person to person based on different factors like how much product you use, how much you sweat, etc. Here’s how I get it done.
Detangle
Detangle hair regularly using a wide-toothed comb. Knots and tangles interfere with the hair’s ability to grow longer and thicker.
Don’t wash your hair every day
I know it sounds disgusting, but washing your hair too often pulls the strands, damages the scalp, and rids your hair of the natural oils essential for growing long, thick hair. You must allow the hair oils to condition your hair rather than constantly washing the oils out.
Rinse hair with cool
Your final rinse should be with cool water to close the hair cuticles. This is also a good time to do an ACV Rinse. ACV rinses help to remove some types of build-up from the hair while also closing the hair cuticles. Try to think of your hair as being made up of rows of shingles, like you’d see on a roof. These hair shingles, or cuticles, can be in an “open” position, which makes the hair strand feel rough to the touch and look dull. Being that hair has a naturally low (slightly acidic) pH, things like vinegar rinses can help close the hair cuticle and lock in moisture.

Moisturize
Due to the makeup of naturally curly or kinky hair, it’s naturally prone to dryness. What often happens is that our hair breaks just as fast as it grows and therefore appears to be stuck at one length. Hair that is properly moisturized is less likely to break or split at the ends which means you’ll retain what you grow. To seal in the moisture, I apply a leave-in conditioner to my freshly washed (and still slightly damp) hair, then a butter or an oil paying special attention to the ends-the oldest part of the hair

Iron
Iron is also essential for hair growth and can be found in blackstrap molasses, green leafy vegetables, leeks, cashews, dried fruits, figs, and berries. To help your body absorb iron, you’ll need enough vitamin C.
Plenty of water
Hair made up of 95% protein and 5% water help keep the tresses shimmering, conditioned and moisturised. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water everyday helps flush the body of unwanted toxins that are detrimental for health. Hence, adjusting the volumes of water in the body is indispensable to promote shiny, silky and fuller looking hair.Egg Yolk and Olive Oil
Egg is not only rich in protein but also carries vitamins and super-nurturing fatty acids. With this treatment, hair will be softer, shinier, longer and healthier. Take one or two egg beat yolks and add one to two tablespoons of olive oil. Then, apply this egg on wet hair and allow it to sit for at least fifteen minutes so that all the nutrients are well absorbed. Finally, wash your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo.Hibiscus
Hibiscus is an Indian flower with many benefits, one of which is hair growth. You can use the flower petals soaked in oil and then grate it into a paste. Applying this mixture helps to keep hair healthy and helps in curing dandruff and hair fall. Hair grows at a great rate and premature greying is prevented.
Massaging of scalp
Massaging of scalp on regular basis is very important for fast growth of your hair. Massaging increases blood circulation in your scalp which is very important factor for growth of hair. You can choose any good oil like mustard oil, almond oil etc. for massaging.Onion
Onion is another great hair growth home remedy that is particularly useful in case of individual dealing with hair loss as it helps to regenerates hair follicles.Coconut milk
Coconut milk is very beneficial to promote the hair growth.Applying coconut milk all over the scalp and massaging it into the hair roots.Coconut milk is prepared by grinding coconut shavings and squeeze them well.
Tulsi and Neem
Mix Tulsi powder and Neem powder with this paste. Add little water to this mixture to form a smooth hair pack paste.
