Indian Egg Paratha  Receipe

parathas are a staple Indian bread that is made in almost every house. Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a meal becomes best after adding hot roasted parathas. You can make parathas in varied forms. They are filling and made with whole grains especially wheat flour. Egg parathas are a tasty breakfast idea that are filling and healthy. You can make egg parathas in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Flour2 cups
  • Eggs6
  • onions-2
  • capsicum-2
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies8
  • Chopped coriander½ bunch
  • Fresh milk½ cup
  • Turmeric½ tsp
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Oil-2tbsp

Making

.1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat and pour oil into it. Now, add chopped onions, and capsicum and stir fry it for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan- red chillies, coriander, salt and egg whites in the  end.

2. Cook until the egg is fully cooked. 
3. Mix all-purpose flour and water to prepare the dough. 
4. Now prepare thin chapattis out of it.
5. Seal the egg mixture between two chapattis and sauté it in a pan until golden brown with a few droplets of oil on each side.
6. Your Egg parantha is ready to be served hot!
