1.In general, the less heat you use, the better. "Styling with heat can damage the hair shaft," says Dr. Mirmirani. Air-dry whenever possible, and if you must use heated tools, pick those with adjustable settings and keep them on the lowest level.

2.A regular scalp massage is very helpful for stimulating hair growth. This is because it promotes supply of blood to the scalp which in turn will provide useful nutrients to the hair follicles and facilitates hair growth. Massage your scalp gently with your fingers in circular motions for a minute or two a number of times throughout the day.
3.Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Aside from essential fats, water can also provide good hair texture and growth.

4. Maintaining a balanced diet is of utmost importance for hair growth. In general, your diet must include all essential vitamins and minerals. In order to have long, healthy hair, consider having eggs, cereals, green vegetables, and some dry fruits.

5.Black hair is not as tough as it may appear, so you need to choose styles that keep its fragile nature in mind. Too-tight ponytails and braids worn over extended periods of time will eventually lead to breakage. Hair styling should never be painful!

7.You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

 8.You should treat your hair gently and if you have the habit of using hair care products, make sure you buy only quality hair products. Try not to over-process, over-style or over-brush your hair.


9.Reduce the impact of heat styling with a good protector spray or balm. Choose a non-greasy product that won’t weigh your hair down.
