OATS DOSA
Oats is considered to be a healthy cereal and is often treated as a health food. Oats dosa recipe helps you to make a tasty Oats dish. Oats, rice, urad dal and other ingredients are soaked, ground and spread into pancakes.Ingredients
- Oats – 100g
- Urid dal – 1 tbsp
- Rice – 2 tbsp
- soak rice-1cup
- Salt – As reqd
- Green chilly(chilly used to make bajji) – 1 no
- coriander/curry leaves.
- oil -1 1 tbsp
- For preparing oats dosa, soak rice, urad dal and and grind till smooth with oats adding required water. Keep aside for 4 hours.
- Add salt, chopped chilly and coriander/curry leaves. Dosa batter is ready.
- Place a non stick pan on fire and spread ladle full of batter into it and make thin dosa.
- Sprinkle some oil or ghee and flip the dosa.
- Remove from pan when both sides are done and crispy.
- Oats dosa is ready. Serve hot with some chutney.
