Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp – cumin seeds
  • 2 onions – diced small
  • 4 green chillies (medium size) roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp  salt ( or to taste)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Tomata sauce
  • 1 Tbs oil

 Making

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Heat oil in frying pan. Season with cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds start to splutter, add the onions and saute for 3-4 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Once the onions start turning dark brown, add green chillies, salt and mix well. 
  4. Cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till the tomato slices become tender.
  5. Sprinkle masala,turmeric ,red chilli powder, tomato sauce,cumin powder , coriander powder and mix well. Add the whisked eggs and mix well till they scramble completely.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes on a high flame.
